How To Use Update OTA ROM On Your Realme Phone

Please create a backup before updating: Settings-> Advanced Settings-> Backup & Reset-> Backup & Restore

Please keep your phone battery at least 30%.

Do not turn off your phone while the update is in progress.

How to update software?

1.Normal mode

Download the downloaded program to your phone memory, go to Download Manager and find the program, then click on this file, update now and wait for the update to complete successfully.

2.Recovery mode

Download the downloaded program to the phone memory or memory card, then turn off the phone. Press and hold the power button and lower volume button at the same time until your phone enters recovery mode.

Choose language

Boot from a storage device and select From the phone’s internal memory or from a memory card (depending on where the installation file was copied to)

Click Update and Confirm Update

Please do not perform other operations on the phone until the update is completed successfully.

If you failed to update the data yourself, please contact the nearest authorized service center for professional technical support, first take your phone, receipt and warranty card with you.
